In underprivileged areas, especially in Sistan & Baluchestan Province, it seems that young people face weaknesses in personal development (particularly in soft skills). They lack sufficient technical and specialized skills, are deprived of equal opportunities to enhance their abilities, and encounter cultural and resource limitations that hinder their growth.
The main goal of this project has been to empower a number of children, adolescents, and young people in the impoverished neighborhoods of Zahedan, focusing on personal development and strengthening social skills.
