PROJECT #631: Afghan Migrant Kids in Isfahan 2024

Most Afghan children are deprived of preschool education due to their families’ poverty.
This lack leads to numerous academic difficulties in grades one to three of primary school and results in some of these students failing. The aim of this project is to ensure equal opportunities for Afghan children to access basic preschool education.

Activities:

In each session, several of these activities are carried out:

  • Phonological awareness and alphabet activities
  • Reading books for children
  • Memory-related games
  • Cognitive games for attention and concentration
  • Movement-based games
  • Handicrafts
  • Teaching basic mathematical concepts through games
  • Games and activities related to science concepts
  • Fine motor skill games
  • Free play
